    Qualifications, Experience, Competencies, & Skills:

    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree
    • Experience in Project Management
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience
    • Proficiency in numerical analysis; comfortable with spreadsheets and metrics
    • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • High accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical capabilities
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

    Key Performance Responsibilities:

    • Monitor projects through desk-top evaluations and site visits; compile reports for payment, remedial actions, and project improvement
    • Review and process invoices; prepare payments
    • Generate financial reports and statements
    • Reconcile ledgers and accounts
    • Assist in finalizing Discretionary Grant Memorandum of Agreement and maintaining the Discretionary Grants Commitments Register
    • Monitor commitments register and stakeholder communications regarding project delivery
    • Develop and maintain stakeholder and project databases on the Management Information System (MIS)
    • Input data and functional information into MIS and other organizational systems
    • Manage project databases and update internal records systematically
    • Review project activities for compliance with standards and procedures
    • Prepare for annual audits
    • Coordinate the invitation, evaluation, and approval of discretionary fund applications for designated projects
    • Maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality
    • Perform general office administration tasks
    • Engage in other projects and initiatives as required
