Reliever Cleaner Job Description
The Reliever Cleaner will ensure that the building, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings are well-maintained and presentable. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as assisting service personnel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning Duties
- Floors: Vacuum, sweep, and mop.
- Surfaces: Dust and wash walls, doors, windows, and light fixtures.
- Sanitation: Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and showers.
- Restocking: Refill soap, toilet paper, and towel dispensers regularly.
- Waste Management: Empty trash containers and maintain clean waste receptacles.
- Litter Control: Pick up litter inside and outside the building.
2. Communication and Coordination
- Support colleagues and service providers as needed.
- Inform management of significant issues or cleaning concerns.
3. Client and Public Relations
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with clients and visitors.
4. Miscellaneous Duties
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks as requested.
