    Key Responsibilities

    As a Research Assistant, you will:

    • Support Academic Staff: Assist with protocol development and research submissions.
    • Ethics Coordination: Coordinate submissions to the Human Research Ethics Committee.
    • Data Management: Facilitate data collection, collation, and analysis.
    • Manuscript Preparation: Assist in drafting and submitting manuscripts for publication.
    • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks associated with EDU research.

    Minimum Requirements

    To be eligible for this position, you should have:

    • Educational Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Health Sciences Education, Higher Education, or a relevant field.
    • Research Skills: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
    • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in digital communication and research tools.
    • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills across diverse levels and fields.
    • Attributes: Flexibility, teamwork, deadline management, and outcome delivery skills.
