1. Customer Service & Sales

- Process deliveries and customer orders efficiently.
3. Daily Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, including vacuuming, dusting, and organizing.
- Assist in opening and closing the store.
4. Training
- Take ownership of your learning journey with Birkenstock’s rookie training pack.
- Attend quarterly training sessions and complete assessments.
- Schedule regular feedback meetings with the store manager to track progress and career growth.
5. Merchandising
- Adhere to Birkenstock’s visual merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock sizes and maintain presentation.
- Assist in bi-weekly window display updates and mannequin changes.
- Safeguard POS materials to prevent damage.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience: At least six months of customer service experience (retail experience advantageous).
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Birkenstock products is a plus.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
