The successful candidates will join the Commercial department and work under the guidance of the Team Leader: Sales.

    This program is designed to equip learners with the necessary skills to grow sales volume, facilitate order-taking processes, and implement merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area.

    Key Purpose of the Learnership

    The primary goal of the Sales Learnership is to provide learners with hands-on experience and a structured curriculum to help them understand the fundamentals of sales.     Responsibilities of the Sales Learnership

    Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

    Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the learnership:

    • Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
    • Two South African languages passed with a minimum of 40%
    • A business-related Diploma or Degree (Sales/Marketing qualification advantageous)
    • A valid driver’s license
    • No prior completion of the same qualification/learnership at another organization

    Candidates must also fulfill these conditions:

    • Must be a South African citizen
    • Must be an Employment Equity candidate
    • Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
    • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
    • Must be willing to commit to the 12-month learnership program
