    Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas:

    1. Administrative Support:
      • Assist in improving departmental and managerial efficiency.

      • Gain expertise in core subjects, including communication skills, business accounting, and entrepreneurship.
    3. Practical Exposure:
      • Conduct awareness presentations.
      • Perform research and track clients’ progress towards individual goals.
      • Coordinate events with service providers and site contacts.
    4. Employee Wellbeing and Engagement:
      • Facilitate communication between employees and service providers.
      • Collaborate with teams to organize wellbeing initiatives and resources.
      • Engage with senior managers and departments to align on strategic planning for yearly wellbeing roadmaps.
    5. Cross-Department Collaboration:
      • Work with IT, HR, and other departments.
      • Attend meetings with senior leadership, including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: Applicants must hold a Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
    • Advantageous Qualification: A bachelor’s degree, particularly in psychology, is considered beneficial.
    • Experience: Although not mandatory, prior experience in coaching and mentoring will be advantageous.

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in workflow management, action planning, and performance improvement.
    • Demonstrated self-awareness, accountability, and self-development.
