Senior Administrator Job Description
As a Senior Administrator at WeBuyCars, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Springfield branch. Your responsibilities will include handling essential administrative duties, assisting both sales and buying personnel, and ensuring that office systems are well-organized. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage a busy workload while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Basic Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for vehicle transactions.
- Client Assistance: Assist walk-in clients and vehicle dealers with queries and services.
- Office System Maintenance: Maintain organized and efficient office systems for optimal productivity.
- Sales & Buying Admin Support: Assist vehicle sales and buying teams with documentation and other administrative needs.
- Liaison with Head Office: Serve as a communication link between the Springfield branch and our head office.
- Office Equipment & Supplies Management: Organize and maintain office equipment, supplies, and other necessary resources.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly reports for branch performance and operations.
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of automotive industry terminology and practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Location: Must preferably reside in Durban or nearby areas for ease of commuting.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a professional environment.
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Transport: Must have reliable personal transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Record: No criminal record and must provide contactable references with accurate work history.
- Availability: Must be available to start work as soon as possible.

- Fully Bilingual: Proficiency in at least two languages to better assist our diverse clientele.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep the office environment in order.
