    Key Responsibilities

    As the Training Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all training initiatives within the On-Sites department. From internal safety programs to onboarding new employees, the Training Coordinator ensures that all training activities align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include:

    1. Primary Contact for Training Needs:
      • Act as the first point of contact for all training-related inquiries within the On-Sites department.
      • Liaise with management and HR to assess training and development needs.
    2. Training Planning and Coordination:
      • Develop and maintain a training schedule in line with the company’s training matrix.
      • Plan, source, and coordinate training interventions, including external training programs.
      • Collaborate with training service providers to deliver high-quality training solutions.
    3. Content Development and Delivery:
      • Create and manage learning content, presentations, and training materials.
      • Facilitate internal training programs, including safety training and onboarding sessions.
      • Update and manage the learning management system (LMS) with accurate and relevant training information.
    4. Administrative Excellence:
      • Maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance with audit and document management requirements.
      • Track and report on employee progress and training outcomes.
      • Handle queries and provide administrative support to the training department.
    5. Continuous Improvement:
      • Analyse feedback from employees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
      • Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance the learning experience.

    Essential Requirements

    To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and experience:

    • Educational Background:
      A National Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering will be advantageous.
    • Experience:
      A minimum of 3–5 years in a training environment is essential.
    • Technical Proficiency:
      Advanced computer literacy in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
