    Job Description

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting training operations under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals. Their primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Training Coordination and Facilitation

    • Planning and coordinating training activities to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge to employees.
    • Handling attendance registers, training manuals, and feedback reports to maintain records and track learner progress.
    • Facilitating the delivery of Cartrack-specific learning materials, ensuring that employees receive relevant and updated content.

    2. Learner Competency Assessments

    • Conducting competency assessments to evaluate learners’ understanding and skills in their respective areas.
    • Identifying gaps in knowledge and recommending improvement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

    3. Administrative and Reporting Duties

    • Producing monthly training reports that highlight key metrics, learner progress, and training impact.
    • Assisting with projects and ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the training department.

    4. Continuous Learning and Development

    • Staying up to date with Karooooo systems, processes, policies, and products to ensure the most relevant knowledge is imparted to employees.
    • Embracing ongoing learning to improve training methodologies and enhance instructional skills.

    Minimum Requirements

    To be considered for the Training Officer (Graduates) role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate qualification.
    • A degree in one of the following fields:
      • Finance
      • Marketing
      • Education
      • Project Management
      • Business Administration
      • General Management
    • A strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
