    4. Customer Relationship Building
      Expanding the customer base through referrals and networking is a priority. Consultants will focus on understanding individual needs and interests to tailor their approach effectively.
    5. Closing Sales
      Overcoming objections with support from the Sales Manager or Regional Sales Coach is a key aspect of ensuring successful sales closures.
    6. Data Analysis and Future Planning
      Consultants will review sales statistics to create strategies that enhance future sales performance and boost Virgin Active’s brand image.
    7. Event and Brand Promotion
      Acting as brand ambassadors, consultants will represent Virgin Active at local promotions, health days, and community events. These initiatives aim to drive sales and build awareness of the brand within the community.
    8. Team Contribution
      Participating in team meetings by sharing best practices and suggesting innovative ideas to increase leads and sales is an integral part of the role.

    Minimum Requirements
