    Key Responsibilities

    1. Project Planning and Execution
      • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
      • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and align requirements.
      • Apply best practices in project management to enhance efficiency.
      • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
    2. Team Management and Coordination
      • Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams.
      • Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure alignment with project goals.
      • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
    3. Stakeholder Management
      • Identify and manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
      • Provide regular project updates and seek stakeholder feedback.

    4. Change Management
      • Develop and implement strategies to manage project-related changes.
      • Communicate changes effectively and facilitate training to support adoption.
    5. Third-Party/Vendor Management
      • Select and manage third-party vendors and service providers.

      • Address any issues with vendors to ensure project alignment.
    6. Risk Management and Issue Resolution
      • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
      • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.
      • Utilize technical expertise and stakeholder collaboration for problem-solving.
    7. Project Monitoring and Reporting
      • Use technology tools for project tracking and visibility.
      • Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
      • Monitor key performance indicators and project milestones.
    8. Quality Assurance and Compliance
      • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and best practices.
      • Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

    Desired Skills, Experience, and Competencies

    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 5 years in project management with a focus on ICT projects.
      • Experience leading digital or cloud migration projects.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of ICT principles and project management methodologies.
      • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
      • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative methodologies.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
    • Certifications:
      • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.
