Desired Skills, Experience, and Competencies
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management with a focus on ICT projects.
- Experience leading digital or cloud migration projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICT principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Certifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.
