    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Administration:

    • Monitor and manage emergency and non-emergency signals.
    • Communicate with premises, clients, and key holders.
    • Accurately record information related to activations using computer systems.
    • Report incidents and accidents to senior staff.
    • Handle administrative tasks and maintain updated timesheets.
    • Monitor vehicle violations.

    2. Equipment Management:

    • Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate authority.
    • Ensure responsible use of company telephones.
    • Adhere to safety standards and zero harm policies.

    3. Monitoring Centre Cleanliness:

    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

    4. Client Interaction:

    • Provide telephonic assistance for issues and complaints.
    • Update client information, including holiday instructions.
    • Report faulty alarm systems and record sales leads.

    5. General Duties:

    • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of job responsibilities.
    • Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
    • Avoid personal use of company telephones.

    6. Adherence to SOPs:

    • Uphold standard operating procedures.
    • Meet and maintain agreed service levels and performance targets.

    7. Additional Tasks:

    • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Certification: Grade C PSIRA Registered
    • Experience: Entry Level
