Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Exposure to Human Resource Management would be advantageous.
- Persal Certificate would be beneficial.
- Preference will be given to interns from EPWP/Internship programs.
- Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations, Skills Development Act, PFMA, Labour Relations Act, PMDS, PSCBC Resolutions, etc.

Duties:
- Implement and manage Human Resource Administration practices related to conditions of service, including leave, housing, Medical Aid, service termination, long service recognition, transfers, pension, and other allowances.
- Capture and audit leave records, including overtime, night shifts, standby, etc.
- Knowledgeable about grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate various HR meetings.
- Basic understanding of Skills Development and coordination of training matters.
- Familiarity with Policy and Procedure on Incapacity Leave and Ill-health Retirement (PILIR).
- Conduct HR workshops.
- Coordinate Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) matters, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain attendance registers for all staff.
- Efficiently manage filing and record management services.
- Operate office machines related to registry functions.
- Retrieve and dispose of records as per regulations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing postage.
- Provide relief in other sections within the registry.
- Conduct physical verification of staff.
- Manage Auditor-General (AG) matters.
- Perform any other lawful duties delegated by the supervisor.
