One of the key roles of this position is to identify dormant partners and reactivate them. In addition to re-engaging inactive resellers, you will:
- Collaborate with the Microsoft Product Manager and RCT-Cloud marketing specialist.
- Focus on selling Microsoft Office products alongside devices.
- Work with resellers to increase the frequency of transactions and average revenue per reseller.
- Develop customized engagement plans to grow the reseller base in different regions.
3. Customer and Reseller Relationship Management
In this role, you’ll be expected to maintain high service levels, proactively respond to reseller and customer queries, and ensure that all customer engagements result in long-term partnerships. This includes:
- Managing renewals for Office 365 and ensuring these are processed through Rectron.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver on service delivery goals and customer satisfaction.
4. Event Planning and Lead Management
