Digital Content Specialist Key Responsibilities
Content Development
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Plan, brief, and create engaging digital content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Partner with agencies for social media videos, digital creatives, and performance-based copywriting.
- Stay updated with trends to generate fresh, audience-captivating ideas.
Content Management
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, enriched, and up-to-date on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product data, including descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
- Oversee merchandising by ensuring correct categorization and collection placements for campaigns.
- Maintain a content archive and ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines and legal standards.
Social Media Management
- Maintain and grow the brand’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create monthly content calendars and manage influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering an engaging online community.
E-commerce Operations
- Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Work with merchandise planners to optimize stock allocation and reduce cancellations.
- Address customer queries and assist with product re-selections to improve the user experience.
Reports and Analytics
- Track and analyze website performance metrics to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present reports on social media and content performance.
- Provide insights on creative strategies and suggest improvements for underperforming campaigns.
Operational Partnerships

Required Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
