Purpose of the Role
- Execute transactional HR activities in accordance with People and Performance (P&P) governance, processes, and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential)
- Human Resources Management Programme (Essential)
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of HR SAP and administrative experience (Essential)
- Requirements:
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential)
- Competency in SAP Position Specific Module (Essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Essential)
Key Responsibilities
Administration and Document Control
- Register, capture, update, and maintain P&P data.
- Ensure accurate data entry and manage documentation in SAP.
- Perform quality checks and maintain confidentiality of documents.
- Manage and archive records according to procedural standards.
Compliance, Governance, and Assurance
- Execute responsibilities in line with guidelines, policies, and statutory laws.
- Report discrepancies and ensure data alignment with P&P standards.
Customer and Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Maintain internal and external relationships with a client-centric focus.
- Address customer requests and complaints, keeping them informed of progress.
- Build effective relationships with the team and ensure timely service delivery.
Employee Relations
- Facilitate resolution of general employee queries and complex P&P issues.
- Manage grievances and disciplinary records, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Assist with basic disciplinary cases and monitor employee benefits and share schemes.
Internal Business Processes
- Administer PA/PY processes and support training/formal studies.
- Use P&P technology to extract and manage data, ensuring accuracy.
- Support employee separation and movement processes.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Systems Administration for onboarding and status changes.
Medical Scheme and Pension Fund Administration
- Ensure all employees are enrolled in pension and medical schemes as required.
- Liaise with pension and medical aid schemes for amendments.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including documentation and selection.
- Manage relocation administration and capture engagement documents accurately.
Safe and Healthy Work Environment
- Promote a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with SHE policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture focused on safety and operational standards.
