    Selection Criteria

    Candidates must meet the following requirements:

    1. Educational Qualification:
      • Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma or B.Com preferred, with financial accounting as a major).
      • Minimum competency requirements, or the ability to meet them within 18 months of appointment.
    2. Experience:
      • 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or procurement.
    3. Skills and Competencies:
      • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
      • Valid Code B driver’s license.
      • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Supervisory and decision-making abilities.
      • Attention to detail, numerical acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
      • Knowledge of SCM principles and relevant legal frameworks.
    4. Competencies in:
      • Procurement and tenders.
      • Organizational awareness and service delivery orientation.
      • Planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationships.

    Additional Benefits
