Selection Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma or B.Com preferred, with financial accounting as a major).
- Minimum competency requirements, or the ability to meet them within 18 months of appointment.
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- Valid Code B driver’s license.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Supervisory and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail, numerical acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of SCM principles and relevant legal frameworks.
- Competencies in:
- Procurement and tenders.
- Organizational awareness and service delivery orientation.
- Planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationships.
