Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and adhering to all site-specific security protocols.
- Meeting client expectations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensuring readiness for tactical operations and high-risk scenarios.
- Providing effective communication and responding promptly to security challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:
- Educational Qualification: Matric or equivalent.
- PSIRA Registration: Grade C, registered and accredited.
- Firearm Competency: Proficiency with Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle (preferred but not mandatory).
- Clean Record: No criminal history or pending cases.
- Medical Fitness: Physically fit for duty.
- Driver’s License: Valid license and practical driving experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience: Prior tactical experience is advantageous.
- Availability for Shifts: Able to work night shifts and extended hours as needed.
- Location: Must reside within the Randfontein/Westonaria area for ease of commute.
