As an Accounts Executive Work Experience Candidate, your role at SGX Logistics will revolve around supporting and optimizing supply chain functions for a variety of business principals. You will work within a team, contributing to high-performance supply chain management while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, maintaining stock and inventory control, communicating with principals, and providing business insights through reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Level Management:
- Oversee performance in the warehouses, ensuring adherence to SLAs through strict inventory control.
- Report any issues or deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to Team Leaders and Principals.
- Order & Stock Management:
- Monitor and manage orders, ensuring alignment between NOD (No Order Date) and NDD (No Delivery Date).
- Manage stock issues, including overstock and dead stock, and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Principal Communication & Relationship Management:
- Provide daily support to principals, addressing order-related issues.
- Maintain communication to resolve logistics challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and foster relationships with principals, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Track and coordinate Principal-specific activities, such as order maintenance and managing EDI errors.
- Conduct logistics reviews to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot existing challenges.
- Business Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver Principal reports as per SLAs.
- Analyze business trends, identifying areas for operational improvement.
- Propose solutions for Principal business needs to senior management.

Requirements
