- Defining Instructional Goals for Participants
- Develop clear, measurable learning objectives using the Bloom’s Taxonomy framework to ensure a structured learning process.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand specific training requirements.
- Design quizzes and assessments that align with set instructional goals, giving trainees a way to measure their progress.
- Creation of Instructional Materials
- Apply the ADDIE instructional design model to create engaging and effective training materials.
