    As a Technical Trainer, your daily responsibilities will include developing training content, organizing classes, and evaluating both the training processes and learner performance.

    1. Defining Instructional Goals for Participants
      • Develop clear, measurable learning objectives using the Bloom’s Taxonomy framework to ensure a structured learning process.
      • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand specific training requirements.
      • Design quizzes and assessments that align with set instructional goals, giving trainees a way to measure their progress.
    2. Creation of Instructional Materials
      • Apply the ADDIE instructional design model to create engaging and effective training materials.
      • Keep all sources and materials up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
