Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least one year of experience in training.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess Training Needs:
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups with team members to determine their learning and development needs.
- Consult with the Talent Development Manager to ensure these needs align with organizational goals.
- Training Design and Facilitation:
- Design and deliver training programs that support the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Annual Training Plan (ATP), and operational performance objectives.
- Use various formats such as group discussions, role-playing simulations, videos, online tools, and team exercises to facilitate learning.
- Mentoring and Induction:
- Mentor and train team members who are responsible for coaching or mentoring others.
- Ensure all new hires undergo a comprehensive induction training before starting their duties.
- Blended Learning Delivery:
- Deliver learning through various formats, including e-learning, virtual classes, and classroom training to accommodate different learning preferences.
- Training Resources and Tools:
- Prepare and distribute training materials like handouts, guides, notebooks, and pens.
- Develop effective assessment tools to measure the success of training sessions through observations and surveys.
- Collaborate on Training Projects:
- Participate in planning and implementing new training programs.
- Work with management to explore alternative training methods and interventions.
- Professional Learning Environment:
- Create and foster a positive learning environment that respects cultural differences and learning styles.
- Flexibility and Travel:
- Be open to travel as required.
