Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Must have a Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- Completion of at least ten (10) modules.
- Currently registered as a student at Unisa.
Documentation Required:
- Attach an academic record showing completion of the required modules.
- Provide proof of current registration at Unisa, such as a timetable or registration confirmation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and also capable of working independently when required.
- Time Management: Proficient in handling work under pressure and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Accuracy and Concentration: High level of precision and ability to maintain focus during extended periods of work.

- Flexibility: Available for overtime work when necessary to meet operational demands.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Parcel Operations:
- Prepare and dispatch already packed study parcels.
- Remove study materials not collected within three (3) days, unless prior arrangements have been made by the student.
- Maintain records of collected study materials, including details of collection, recipient, and quantity.
Warehouse Support:
- Assist in various warehouse operations as needed, including training for tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping individual items into parcels.
Occupational Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and protocols within the workspace.
