Requirements
- Education:
- National Certificate Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom in Commerce and IT Management Degree
- Cyber Security Certificate
- Prince 2 Project Management Certification
- ITIL Service Management Foundation
- MCSA 2000 and 2003 Professional Certification
- Master Network Engineer (MNE) and Associate Network Engineer (ANE) Diplomas
- Experience:
- 8 years of management experience in ICT, with strong knowledge in service delivery, infrastructure design, and project management.
