Key Responsibilities of a Plant Operator
As a Plant Operator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of plant equipment to maximize ore recovery in line with production targets. You will play a key role in supporting the mine’s overall business goals while maintaining safety and cleanliness within the plant.

- Financial Perspective:
- Maintain financial effectiveness by following standard operating procedures, ensuring there is no unnecessary wastage or damage.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Driving License: Preferential but not mandatory
- Experience:
- Experience in ore processing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of plant operations, conveyors, and related equipment is beneficial.
- Experience in crushing, conveying, and material handling is also a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
