    Purpose of the Retention Agent Role

    The primary purpose of the Retention Agent role is to retain Virgin Active members who have either cancelled or requested the cancellation of their membership. As a Retention Agent, you will contribute to Virgin Active’s mission of promoting active and healthy lifestyles by ensuring members continue their fitness journey with the company.     Duties and Responsibilities

      You’ll address member queries, concerns, and complaints across various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) in a professional, efficient, and competent manner while adhering to Virgin Active’s standards of quality and performance.
    3. Collaboration Across Departments:
      You will work closely with leaders from different departments to ensure that business goals are met and outcomes are delivered as per the company’s retention strategies.
